Holiday Crafts Round One!
Did you know citrus oils can help combat depression and anxiety? Lavender can help curb skin inflammation and has a very calming effect, and peppermint can quiet headaches, relieve stress, and improve mental clarity and raise energy. Young Living rep Stacey Doltz helped teach us how to use these oils in homemade sugar scrub and bath salts this week at Caldwell Library and turn them into excellent home made gifts this holiday season! Here are the recipes:
