Halloween "Paint and Snack"

  • Blog

Halloween got spooky before the storm for these kiddos. Patrice joined us at Caldwell Library to lead us in a "Paint and Snack". We each started with a lid to trace into a moon, but we got to make the artwork our own with how we mixed colors for the moon, the sky, and our tree. We had the autonomy to choose an owl (which Patrice instructed us on how to create), a bat, or even a ghost for subjects of our painting, and the option to add finishing touches of the stars. It was incredible to see how unique each painting turned out to be.
